Secure and Robust Optical Multi-Stage Medical Image Cryptosystem

Due to the rapid growth of telemedicine and healthcare services, color medical image security applications have been expanded precipitously. In this paper, an asymmetric PTFrFT (Phase Truncated Fractional Fourier Transform)-based cryptosystem is suggested. Two different phases in fractional output planes are provided as deciphering keys. Accordingly, ciphering keys will not be employed for procedure. Thus, introduced algorithm comprises processes contrast traditional optical symmetric OSH (Optical Scanning Holography) DRPE (Double Random Phase Encoding) algorithms. One principal impacts that it eliminates one-dimensionality aspects related cryptosystems due its remarkable feature phase nonlinear truncation components. More comparisons on various images examined analyzed substantiate efficacy. The achieved experimental outcomes ensure robust secure. It has terrific cryptography performance compared conventional algorithms, even presence noise severe channel attacks.
